Join MGY at the Fredonia Brewery for Sunset Yoga in the beer garden on Friday evenings at 6:30pm. When you register for the class, you’ll choose a 64 oz growler of delicious, locally brewed beer or refill options for both 32 oz and 64 oz to take home after savasana for a post-yoga treat.
