Join us for Santosa: Embracing the Present Moment, a deeply enriching workshop designed to foster contentment and inner peace, inspired by the Sanskrit term Santosa, meaning complete contentment and acceptance of the present. This extended session blends gentle yoga poses, mindful movement, pranayama (conscious breathwork), guided meditation, and visualization to help you cultivate a profound sense of presence and harmony within.

Through carefully crafted asana sequences, you’ll explore intuitive movement, listening to your body’s natural signals to release tension and foster balance. Pranayama practices will guide you to harness the power of breath, calming the mind and energizing the body.
