Are you interested in meditation?
This course is designed to create a supportive environment for the exploration of meditation and related contemplative practices.
Over a course of four weeks, students will cover various types and styles of meditation and contemplative practices, including yoga as meditation, mindfulness, contemplative walking, and more depending on the interest of the group. Participants will build the confidence and understanding to successfully practice meditation.
No experience necessary.
Class size is limited to 12 and pre-registration is required.
