On September 22 at 7 pm, join Arrie for a special meditation practice for the autumnal equinox, the official end of summer.
The session will begin with a brief introduction to mindfulness meditation as well as a primer on the ecopsychological effects of the change of season.
This practice is appropriate for anyone
