Sunset Yoga & Growler To-Go!!
MGY GOES OUTSIDE!
Do you love yoga?
Do you love beer?
Do you love supporting local businesses?
If you answered yes, we have great news – your perfect Friday night has arrived!
The Fredonia Brewery has graciously provided a space for MGY to practice outdoors. To express our gratitude, we’ve come up with a fun and creative way to practice together while supporting our generous downtown neighbor.
Join MGY at The Fredonia Brewery for Sunset Yoga in the beer garden on Friday evenings at 6:30pm. When you register for the class, you’ll choose a 64 oz growler of delicious, locally brewed beer or refill options for both 32 oz and 64 oz to take home after savasana for a post-yoga treat. New selections include wine barrel and bourbon barrel aged options too!! Don’t forget to bring your growler back the following week for a refill. Cheers!
Don’t forget to bring your growler this Friday if you’ve selected “refill” option.
Not into beer? You can, of course, always select to come simply for the Sunset Yoga. You’ll select Sunset Yoga only (No Growler.)
To practice in person, you will need to bring:
Mask
Mat
Hand towel
Water bottle
*Mask required to be worn on premises with the option to remove once on your mat.*
*Hand towel for random sneezes and sweat.*
